Online Supervised Visitation (a.k.a. Monitored Visits or Supervised Parenting Time or Monitored Parenting Time)
Online Supervised Visitation may be appropriate for families who are facing any of the following circumstances:
- geographical distance - public health concerns - someone who is actively contagious - inability of either parent or caregiver to transport children to in-person visits -other, family -specific situations or concerns
Online Visits are conducted by a trained and qualified Supervised Visitation Monitor who provides documentation for court, mediators, or others associated with the case.
All parties must follow standard Supervised Visitation guidelines.

Who would benefit from online visitation? - A non-custodial parent who has been ordered into Supervised Visitation by the Court; - A non-custodial parent who is agreeing to Supervised Visitation due to current life situations; - A parent who has a child or children in state custody; - Any parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or other relative or friend who wishes to visit with a child and needs non-biased third party observation; - Anyone who needs to have third-party documentation of a visit with a child or at- risk elder.
Online Supervised Visitation can be done via zoom or other online platforms where the Monitor can see, hear and interact with both the visiting person and the child.
