Jade believes that mental health is an imperative anchor to everyone's life. She spends her time advocating for and educating parents around her community by speaking on her own struggles with postpartum depression, navigating parenthood from a mom's point of view and ways to show up for herself in a positive capacity.
She was nominated for a local award for bringing awareness through her podcast. In addition to podcasting, she enjoys reading self help books and loves learning new things to incorporate into her children's lives to create core memories and raise happy humans.
Outside of work, Jade spends time with her 3 littles and husband by exploring nature, playing the Sims, and watching aesthetic organizing/cleaning Tik Toks.
She is eager to help in even the smallest of interactions. On any given day, you can find Jade happily helping therapy students navigate our Practicum Program. Return to Meet Us. Find out about the FCCS Values.
