Family & Children’s Counseling Services is happy to welcome Kellie Haser as a Therapist Trainee!
Kellie completed her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Sacramento. She has experience working with foster youth and has also worked as a therapeutic behavior coach.
Kellie has experience working with children and families in home and community settings, where she has supported them in decreasing dysfunctional behaviors and improving overall connection andwell-being.
Kellie currently attends Touro University Worldwide, studying for her Masters Degree in Counseling with both the LMFT and LPCC tracks. She is anticipated to graduate in May 2024.
Using a Humanistic approach to therapy, Kellie values the person first and wants to help facilitate clients' growth and personal fulfillment.
In her spare time, Kellie values creativity and enjoys crafting, gardening, and being in nature. Kellie will bring her values of creativity into her work as well as her dedication and flexibility to support individuals and families the best way she can.
Kellie will be gaining client contact hours toward her degree and future licensure while being under the clinical supervision of Melinda Haynes, MA, LMFT 102308.
Kellie will see clients in person in the East Bay, and throughout California via telehealth.
