When we are out of network (OON) with your insurance, they may (or may not) reimburse you for services you receive and pay out of pocket for. In order to be reimbursed, you will need to first contact your insurance to make sure they do this sort of thing under your plan.
After confirmation from your insurance company (get it in writing!), you can receive therapy services, pay for them with a credit or debit card, then request a superbill from us.
You will present the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. The superbill is like an invoice that has the information that your insurance company will need in order to process your request. Some of the information is: - our tax id - our NPI - your name - dates of service - CPT codes
