Coaching When therapy seems like too much, or when individuals in a family system are in different geographical locations, Coaching might be the answer!
We offer a variety of Coaching to help you and your family achieve goals.
Coaching is less formal and more future-focused than therapy. A FCCS Coach can help... - improve relationships - increase interpersonal skills - manage conflict - increase motivation - set and reach goals - gain coping skills - increase resiliency - contribute and cooperate together - feel a sense of belonging - foster a sense of independence - adopt new habits for success - improve communication - increase feelings of confidence and competence - improve ability to self-monitor - use language to facilitate change - be more self-aware - and more.
Coaching isn't for someone who has experienced a recent trauma or who is suffering with a diagnosable mental health condition. Find out about our therapy services here.
FCCS Coaches are trained in various aspects of psychology, motivation, child development, communication, recognizing personal strengths, and behavioral interventions, and are supervised by a licensed mental health provider to ensure excellent service delivery. Coaching is not therapy.
All coaching is conducted online and is available nationwide.
