​Practicum Site for Therapist Trainees (Master's Program)

Looking for a practicum site for your master's degree requirement?  We are accepting applications for Therapist Trainees / Master's Student Interns in Chula Vista, California.

FCCS offers Practicum experience with weekly supervision. Students can get experience with the following:

- working in a therapeutic setting with a supportive team
- effective interventions
- client contact (therapy) hours 
- clinical documentation 
- therapy groups 
- grant writing
- program development

We work with a variety of clients, but our primary focus is children and families who have experienced emotional and/or attachment trauma.

Our Practicum positions are volunteer, meaning you will not get paid for your time, but you will gain valuable experience and have an opportunity to transition into a paid position immediately upon receiving your Associate Registration number.
