Embarking on a career in psychology- specifically becoming a therapist- is a wonderful, adventurous and nerve-wracking journey.

The master's program, the internship, the exam. Ugh. Not to mention the nervousness of actually working with actual clients! 

When we are early in our career, we don't know what we don't know -and that can stimulate unnecessary anxiety.
