Baseline Evaluation

If we are starting out from a place of "out of shape," "overweight," or "ugggh," we usually don't like to know our weight or measurements - or to have our pictures taken.  Understood.

However, having that baseline, that starting point, helps us review progress and eventually celebrate success.  It can also be a helpful tool when speaking with our doctors, personal trainers or other helping professionals.

So, pull up your big kid pants and do the evaluation.  Your future self will thank you for it.
