Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is, as its name implies, a type of CBT that focuses on healing from trauma.
Individuals are assisted through learning about trauma and the effects of trauma, how to handle strong emotions and unwanted behaviors, and through the process of writing (or drawing) their experience.
Other forms of Trauma therapy are available.
