Alexis Cisneros

Family Monitor 

Family & Children’s Counseling Services is happy to welcome Alexis Cisneros as a Family Monitor!
 
Alexis was born in southern California and moved quite a bit when she was younger so she couldn’t call a place home yet until she officially moved to Chico in 2009. She graduated from Marsh Jr. High school, Chico High, Butte College with an associate’s in social & behavioral sciences and Chico State in 2022 with a bachelor’s in Social Work. She is the first generation in her family to get a bachelor’s degree!

She has worked as a daycare teacher, case manager for Transitional Housing Programs, and as a paraprofessional. She loves helping helping families and children be the better version of themselves. She likes to say "It's worth seeing their happy faces and being there for them."

In her spare time she loves to do nails, art, watch T.V., walk her dog and spend time with family/friends.
