Do you have a Managed Care Plan that we don't accept?
If you would like to work with one of our Therapists, but we do not accept the managed care plan (Medi-Cal) that you have, you are able to choose a different plan.

If you would like to switch to a different managed care plan, call Health Care Options at 800.430.4263.
Please check with any other providers you have (PCP, chiropractor, etc.) BEFORE you switch to make sure they also take the new insurance. This will prevent interruptions in treatment.
