Client Services & Billing Manager

Jenn joins Family and Children's Counseling Services as our Billing Manager. She has extensive experience in multiple specialties in the medical billing field, including mental and behavioral health. She is currently in the process of obtaining multiple certifications after 20+ years of experience, proving you can do anything you set your mind to. 

Jenn lives on the lake with her husband, two daughters, and four adorable fur babies.  Jenn enjoys spending time outdoors, on the family boat, fishing, and watching the sunrises and sunsets. She is always looking at creative ways to keep her kids entertained on the weekends. 

Jenn strives to maintain a positive client experience and is always happy to answer any billing related questions. No question is too small, and she's always willing to lend a cheerful word and a helping hand.
