Legal Notice Regarding Insurance and Fees It is the client's responsibility to find out if their insurance covers FCCS services, and to what extent. If you will be using insurance, please contact your insurance company to find out the details of your coverage and your financial responsibilities (eligibility, deductible, share of cost, co-payments, etc.).
If insurance is accepted to cover fees, an attempt will be made to bill and collect from the appropriate insurance provider. You are responsible for any co-payments.
Therapy hours are considered approx. 50 minutes. Please speak with your Provider regarding the specific time frame of individual sessions and/or overall treatment.
Phone consultations with you or approved others, the creation of reports, drive time, and Court appearances are billed at the same hourly fee. Contact for details.
