Amber brings a wealth of experience in working with children and families. She strives to give each client the tools and confidence they need to overcome almost any obstacle.
Amber was raised in Texas and embodies the famous Southern warmth and hospitality. She naturally creates a calm, inviting, and nonjudgmental environment so others feel comfortable with being their authentic self.
Amber enjoys utilizing a Humanistic approach to therapy, which considers the whole person (not just their “issues”) and emphasizes an appreciation of the awesome uniqueness of the individual.
Amber has previously volunteered at Stonewall Alliance Center and Catalyst in Chico, and the SPCA in Texas. She has a love for all living things and enjoys spending her free time with her cuddly animals.
Amber will see clients at the Chico office and throughout California via Telehealth.
