Roxanna Taylor Supervised Visitation Monitor
Roxanna Taylor joins Family & Children's Counseling Services, Inc. as a Supervised Visitation Monitor with education and experience in the social services field. Her passion for helping others shines through in her vibrant personality.
Roxanna is currently completing her Standard 5.20 training to satisify California's tough Supervised Visitation training laws. She plans on pursuing higher educational degrees in psychology and counseling.
Roxanna is the proud mom to three amazing "kids" ages 22, 18, and 16. She also happens to be an amazingly talented photographer! "I love capturing the moments we cherish."

Melinda Haynes, MA, LMFT Director & Clinical Supervisor
Melinda Haynes completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Chico State University and a Master of Arts in Psychology at California Southern University. After launching her therapy career as a foster care counselor in the great state of Oklahoma, she ventured out into her own Private Practice in a suburb of Tulsa.
When Northern California called her back home, she completed the licensing processes for marriage & family therapists (again!) and relocated her Private Practice to Chico. In 2018, she founded Family & Children’s Counseling Services, Inc. with a vision to facilite the healing, recovery and whole-person well-being through the use of a variety of clinially proven psycho-social interventions.
Melinda has worked with children and families regarding issues of social, emotional and behavioral concerns, parenting, life transitions and healthy adjustment since 2003.
